Refund policy

At The Inara Collection we take great pride in carefully packaging each order to ensure its quality. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are always ready to help.

We offer refunds in the form of store credit, which can be used to make future purchases on our website. Please note that we only provide exchanges for orders placed on our website, and our exchange policy lasts for 14 days from the date of dispatch. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange or refund.

To qualify for an exchange, please ensure: 

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange
  • The exchange adheres to the 14-day policy
  • The product remains unused and undamaged
  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase
  • You are a UK customer. (International exchanges are not accepted)
  • Any customs taxes and fees applied to international orders are not covered by us

     

    Due to the nature of our products, fragrance oils and Parfums, we can only accept returns if the product is in the exact same form and condition as it was when you received it. This includes the packaging.

    If you have consumed or used any portion of the fragrance product, it becomes ineligible for return. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Any product that does not meet these criteria will not be considered for an exchange.

Please do not return items without notifying us via email. It may not be eligible for a refund. 

Please note that we only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged and can be verified. If your item is damaged, please contact us immediately at theinaracollection@outlook.com with proof of the damage, and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for exchanging your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
