Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with The Inara Collection. We want to make sure that your shopping experience with us is smooth and enjoyable, and that includes our shipping policy.

PROCESSING TIME

Our processing time for orders is 2-4 business days. This means that once you place an order with us, we'll start working on it right away and have it ready to ship within 2-4 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

LOST/DELAYED PACKAGES 

The Inara Collection cannot take responsibility for delays that occur with our courier services. Additionally, The Inara Collection cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels, because once the parcel has been dispatched by us, it is then the courier service's responsibility to deliver it. If your parcel does not reach you, you will have to submit claim forms with the courier company to start an investigation. You can email us for the link or go directly to the courier's website to initiate the claim. This can take several weeks and we will only consider refunding a lost item 70% of the current item value, (to cover missed stock-keeping time), 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

The Inara Collection will always book orders to be delivered to the address provided. It is not The Inara Collection's responsibility if the customer places an order with an incorrect or incomplete address. In addition, it is not The Inara Collection's responsibility if the customer is unavailable to receive a parcel. A note/card or text may be left by the courier or a message on tracking and it is the addressees responsibility to follow it up. This also applies for international deliveries.

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer several shipping options, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping. The shipping options available to you will depend on your location and the items in your order.

Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days for delivery within the UK. Expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee, and can get your order to you within 1-3 business days.

For international shipping, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the customs policies in your country. Please note that any customs fees or taxes imposed by your country are your responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. You'll be able to see the shipping fees for your order at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please be advised that once an item has been shipped, the shipping fee is non-refundable. This policy is in place because the costs of providing shipping services have already been incurred at the time of shipment.

ORDER TRACKING
